Our Founder
Yada Cashmore brings over six years of experience in branding and website development to her work. In 2013, she completed a two-year Interior Design course with a strong emphasis on commercial applications and business branding. This training equipped her with extensive expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other leading design software. As a small business owner, Yada successfully established and managed the online presence of her own market garden business, alongside other freelance work. After a brief tenure in a commercial marketing role, she became disillusioned with the industry's pervasive lack of care and attention to detail. She left her position in the Spring of 2024 and founded Flax; a digital marketing agency, dedicated to working with integrity and excellence.
